We welcome you to the 2019 Cornell In-depth Fruit School on Precision Crop Load Management
PCLM). We envision this school to be both an opportunity to learn concepts of PCLM and the impacts
that managing crop load more precisely has on the bottom line. We also hope this will be an
opportunity to give input to a future federally funded project on precision crop load management of
apple. We invite your input throughout the program but especially at the end of the first day on where
the greatest opportunities lie for research and implementation on farms in the East to increase orchard
income and grower profitability.
