When registering, please be sure to choose the correct cost option depending on your membership status with Eastern NY Commercial Horticulture and whether you will be attending one day or two.  

Registration Rates:  Pre-registration in encouraged by February 16, 2026 and is a great value.

CCE ENYCHP Member:  Single day: $90          Two days: $150

Non ENYCHP Member:  Single day: $130        Two days: $190

Additional Registrations from the same farm will save $10 per registration.

Walk-In Rates: (After February 16th including day of programs):

Single day: $140                Two days: $230

All registrants receive a delicious hot lunch buffet, beverages and dessert!

Lodging:  Group Rate of $150/night per room at The Desmond Hotel and Conference Center. Considering NYCAMH for your respirator fit testing?

Here are some key facts and helpful tips about medical clearance:

Medical Clearance ? Fit Testing (They are not the same!)

Before you can wear a respirator or be fit tested, OSHA requires a medical evaluation under the Respiratory Protection Standard (29 CFR 1910.134). This evaluation must be conducted by a licensed healthcare provider to determine if you are physically able to use a respirator safely.
