Archived Fruit Notes, Fruit Faxts, and Harvest Maturity Reports are available for referencing. Fruit notes are published each year providing information relevant to the timing of fruit farming operations and upcoming events. Fruit Fax, newly name Fruit Facts, provides time sensitive pest & horticultural reminders of disease infections, control timing for insects, and timing models for thinning & irrigation needs. Harvest Maturity Reports provide fruit ripening indicators for over 20 apple varieties and helps to schedule harvest of specific varieties for best quality.
